Scope of Services
Services are available 7 days a week and can range from an occasional visit to 24-hour or live-in care. We offer two levels of service: Homemaker or Home Health Aide. Homemakers provide “hands-off” care while Home Health Aides provide “hands-on” care and assist with activities of daily living.
Our Caregivers provide the following services:
Homemaker (also called a Companion)
- Companionship, emotional support and recreational activities
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to medical appointments, social or religious activities
- Plan and prepare meals, including special diets
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Supervise household maintenance – gardener, housecleaning service, plumber, etc.
- Medication reminders
- Pet care
Home Health Aide
- All Homemaker services listed above
- Bathing and showering
- Dressing and Grooming
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Feeding
- Mobility – Ambulating, transfers and exercises
Scheduling options:
- Hourly Care: Day, evening and overnight coverage. Schedules range from a few hours per visit to 24 hours per day. A regular weekly schedule helps insure that the same caregiver(s) work with the client to provide consistency.
- Respite Care: Provides relief coverage for family or staff on an as-needed basis. Minimum of 4 hours per visit.
- Transportation: Our Caregiver will provide transportation to doctor’s appointments, social or religous activities; scheduled as needed.
- Live-In Care: One to seven days a week. Scheduled on a per diem basis.
- Wellness Phone Calls: Up to 3 automated well-check phone calls per day are provided to our clients for no additional charge.
- Medication Reminder Phone Calls: Up to 3 automated medication reminder phone calls per day are provided to our clients for no additional charge.

Every client is unique and our caregiving is custom tailored to meet your needs. We provide emotional support, friendship, and comfort to our clients as well as necessary physical assistance.
